My Senegal is on a mixture of Rhoudybush topped with TOPs organic pellets

I want to cut down on the amount in her bowl I normally fill it half way and refill when needed. I’m realizing she is probably getting stale pellets from doing this.
I was wondering How much I should offerin the morning and what a “normal amount” is for a Senegal to consume in a day, she is 140grams

Most birds will consume 10-15% of their body weight in a day. If you're feeding veggies, etc, too though, that makes it harder to use that as a baseline.

If you have a kitchen/bird scale, you can fill a bowl like normal, weigh it before you offer it, and then weigh it again at the end of the day. The difference between the two is how much was removed from the bowl. You can offer this amount with a bit extra as a buffer and adjust as needed.

You can also start by offering a set amount (2 tablespoons, as an example) and then can adjust based on how much food is left at the end of the day (if any).
