I am sorry for your loss.

It looks like an injury on her?
You could take her body to your vet for a necropsy but you would need to keep her in a ziploc bag in the fridge until you can take her.

I edited your post to hide the photo behind the button so that AA members can choose to see the picture or not.

It's hard in my phone too babe able to zoom in . Did she rapidly mutilate herself?

All white droppings, do you have pictures? Where they wet or dry?
I'm sorry fur your loss. Parrots are hard wired To hide illness, sometimes the inky symptoms they give us sudden death. When a bird has any symptoms they can't hide they should always be taken seriously

I’m very sorry. A budgie is a precious, wee thing with an incredible personality.

Sorry for your loss. Do you have any pics of your bird alive? The feathers have an interesting and different appearance to what I was expecting, also appears to be a sore/injury of some kind on the bird- how long was that there for?

it looks like poop in its head feathers. I wonder if it was in with other birds and they killed it or were picking at it after it died. May this bird rest in peace. It looks like it had a horrible life.

There are actually no other animals in the surrounding and the other budgies with her doesn't fight that can make her to be injured.
