While the raffles are supposed to be used during the SWS, Emma and I did already discuss an alternative situation I'm always happy to work with people if they let me know upfront!
The reason that the rule was put in place is because some people would enter all of the raffles, and then they didn't use them when they won. It was unfair to not only the other people who entered, but also to the vendors.
