We found a banded blue parakeet today. The tail feathers but otherwise okay. He can't fly well. Banded starts with 102...

We can't keep him as we have a cat and 2 dogs. I've got him in a bird Cage I once used for decoration. Lol. We've given him food and water. Please. Can anyone help?
